At this moment we do not accept credit cards. You can send us a bank transfer in advance or pay the same day in cash (in dollars or Argentine pesos, as you prefer).
Yes. A minimum of 2 people is necessary for the Polo Night. But if you travel alone, we can add your booking to our other reservations. For sure you will return with many new friends!
No, there is not. You can bring as many friends and family members as you would like to, to enjoy this activity together!
We can arrange transportation for you from the place of your lodging and back. Transportation is part of our service and is included in the price.
Yes. We offer vegetarian/vegan options, for example, a selection of salads and grilled vegetables. Just let us know what you would like with some anticipation so we can plan it together!
The pick up for the Polo Night is at 19:30hs and ends by midnight.
Yes. We’re open every day, Monday through Sunday. We only close on December 25th and January 1st.
We don’t usually cancel. We have a professional, fast-draining sand arena and a covered space for dinner. All the necessary infrastructure is there to continue the activities normally.
Of course, it depends on the amount of rain, if the arena is flooded due to a current downpour we may have to cancel. We do not like to do so, but if necessary we will contact you and try to re-organize or offer other activities.
The cancelation fee within the 5 days of your booking is 10% of the price. Within 48 hours, 50%. Within 24 hours, 70%. And cancelling same day of the tour, the fee is 100% of the price.
They are polo players who are members of our Polo Club, with many years of professional experience and many national and international tournaments under their belt. Many of them speak different languages so be sure to chat with them at the pony line and exchange experiences!
